What do these different coaching services have in common?

Time management, exam revision and decluttering. At first glance these might seem very different. And it might seem bizarre that one coach could address all these issues. But they are all forms of personal productivity which involves turning intentions into action and focusing on what matters most.

These issues are all underpinned by what psychologists call executive functioning skills, such as: making decisions, planning, prioritising, getting started and staying on track, and overcoming procrastination. (That last one is my particular area of expertise.)  These are particularly pertinent to anyone navigating ADHD or chronic disorganisation. Whether we’re discussing challenges at home, at work or while studying, productivity coaching encourages you to reflect on past experiences, build on success and learn from mistakes, all activities that strengthen executive functioning skills too.

These different strands of productivity coaching also reflect my own eclectic interests and unconventional career path. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss which might be the right fit for you or your organisation.

Productivity Talks and Workshops

In addition to coaching and writing, I’m also a seasoned speaker, online and in person. From staff training to school assemblies, from conference keynotes to community events, I lead evidence-informed talks and workshops on themes relating to productivity, time management and executive functioning.

Every session is tailored to the specific audience, and designed to be practical, engaging and easy to implement.

A bit about me

I’m an Oxford graduate and a productivity coach, accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), with an academic teaching background in social sciences.

I’ve written two books on organising and productivity, and I’m proud to be the first and only coach in the UK to hold the CPO-CD® credential in chronic disorganisation. I’m also a seasoned speaker, having delivered more than 200 talks and workshops for schools, businesses and community groups.

So it might surprise you to learn that I’m not a naturally organised person. My home isn’t immaculate and, perhaps like you, I’m prone to procrastination. Thanks to this lived experience of grappling with disorganisation, and learning to manage it, I approach every coaching conversation with empathy and understanding. Read more about me.
