Productivity and Time Management Coaching with Juliet Landau-Pope PCC

Too much on your to-do list? Overwhelmed by urgent tasks?

Whether you’re a busy professional, business owner or freelancer, time management can be fiendishly difficult.

You know the feeling: you set out with a clear goal but find yourself avoiding or delaying. Or sit down to work but end up scrolling on your phone, making another cup of tea, or playing with the dog.

Procrastination, perfectionism and lack of focus add to frustration, and the challenges can be exacerbated by ADHD or other forms of neurodiversity.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped clients from diverse backgrounds to improve executive functioning skills and make time for what matters most.

Productivity doesn’t mean cramming more into your schedule

And time management isn’t only about time. My approach to productivity coaching is practical and purposeful. Together we’ll explore:

  • Tasks: breaking down what needs to be done and deciding what to tackle first
  • Emotions: noticing how feelings like anxiety, guilt or overwhelm affect your ability to get started or keep going
  • Energy: working with your natural rhythms, rather than against them
  • Attention: limiting distractions and building focus
  • Boundaries: protecting your time from client requests, colleagues’ demands and your own tendency to overcommit
  • Decisions: reducing decision fatigue so you have energy left for what matters most
  • Information: managing email, notes and digital clutter so nothing important gets lost
  • Motivation: sustaining momentum once you’ve started

How does productivity coaching work?

Coaching is based on direct conversations to explore what’s working and what’s holding you back. Here’s what it involves:

  • A free 20-minute consultation via Zoom to discuss goals and explore how I could help
  • An initial 60-minute session to review your time management challenges
  • Regular sessions (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), available on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis or with discounted packages
  • Coaching online wherever you are in the world, or in person if you’re in London
  • Productivity Bootcamps of 5 x 15-minute sessions over five consecutive days, ideal when you need more intensive support
  • Body Doubling sessions provide real-time accountability (on Zoom). More details on request.

Innovative talks and workshops on productivity and time management

I regularly speak to organisations and community groups in person and online on issues relating to time management, procrastination and productivity.

And since time management is a core skillset for students, it is integral to study skills coaching and to the talks I present in schools, colleges and universities.

Juliet helped me as a productivity and business coach. She was empathetic and provided very clear guidance to simplifying many of my goals and gave me useful frameworks to clarify them. Juliet’s productivity tips helped me immensely during my postgraduate study too. I found Juliet to be a very kind human being who gives you her 110%. I’d highly recommend her.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what kind of coaching is right for me?2026-07-17T15:08:28+01:00

I offer productivity coaching, study skills support, virtual organising, and specialist coaching for ADHD and chronic disorganisation, and many of these approaches overlap and can be combined. There’s no need to figure out the exact fit before getting in touch. During a free consultation, we’ll discuss your situation and explore what might suit you best, whether that’s one type of coaching with me, a combination of different approaches, or perhaps something else entirely. I’ll gladly answer any of your questions too, and all in strictest confidence.  Book a free consultation to get started.

How does this differ from your ADHD and chronic disorganisation coaching?2026-07-11T02:18:39+01:00

The coaching approach is the same, practical, client-led and evidence-informed. The difference is really one of focus and starting point. This page is for anyone looking to improve time management and productivity, whatever the underlying cause. My ADHD and Chronic Disorganisation Coaching page is for those whose main challenges relate specifically to ADHD or executive functioning, where we may focus more explicitly on strategies tailored to how your brain works.

What are your fees for coaching?2026-07-11T14:31:41+01:00

Fees are charged per session, with flexible pay-as-you-go options or discounted packages available if you prefer to book multiple sessions in advance. Costs vary depending on session length (30 or 60 minutes) and whether you choose individual sessions or a package. For UK clients eligible for Access to Work funding, this may cover some or all of the cost of coaching. Please get in touch for full pricing details.

What time management system do you teach?2026-07-11T15:01:26+01:00

I’ve researched many approaches to time management and productivity over the years, and am constantly updating my knowledge of tools and techniques. From apps and appliances to books and blogs, I’ll recommend resources that suit you individually. I’ve also developed my own strategies that draw on current social science as well as lessons learned from professional practice. As a result, I don’t promote any one specific method. Nor do I suggest the same strategies for all clients. It’s more a fusion of ideas and suggestions that will help you devise routines that work best for you and your lifestyle.

How many coaching sessions will I need?2026-07-11T15:21:17+01:00

How many coaching sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person, depending on your goals and the challenges you’re facing. Some clients find a handful of sessions enough to build momentum and establish new habits, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. Coaching doesn’t have to be continuous, either; some clients find it useful to take a break to practise new routines, then return after a period to review progress. I offer a pay-as-you-go fee system, so you won’t be locked into appointments in advance.
