ADHD and Chronic Disorganisation Coaching with Juliet Landau-Pope PCC
Have you experienced long-term, multi-faceted difficulties with organising or time management at home, at work or while studying?
Like a Tupperware drawer that never stays tidy for long, chronic disorganisation can be exasperating.
Drawing on more than 20 years’ coaching experience, together with specialist training in ADHD and chronic disorganisation, I help people from diverse backgrounds to build realistic and sustainable ways of working and living. I’m based in London, England but offer online coaching to clients worldwide.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a precise list of goals to get started — that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.
Is this you?
- Early career professionals with ADHD, struggling to adjust to new routines and stay on top of life admin
- Professional trainees experiencing time blindness, overwhelm or procrastination while preparing for demanding exams
- Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals with big ideas but difficulty focusing and following through
Chronic disorganisation often overlaps with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. Whether formally diagnosed or not, I tailor coaching to your specific challenges.

I offer productivity coaching, study skills support, virtual organising, and specialist coaching for ADHD and chronic disorganisation, and many of these approaches overlap and can be combined. There’s no need to figure out the exact fit before getting in touch. During a free consultation, we’ll discuss your situation and explore what might suit you best. I’ll gladly answer any questions too, and all in strictest confidence. Book a free consultation to get started.
Fees are charged per session, with flexible pay-as-you-go options or discounted packages available if you prefer to book multiple sessions in advance. Costs vary depending on session length (30 or 60 minutes) and whether you choose individual sessions or a package. For UK clients eligible for Access to Work funding, this may cover some or all of the cost of coaching. Please get in touch for full pricing details.
Coaching and therapy are different, though they can complement each other. Coaching is solution-focused and very practical. We work together on strategies, systems and skills to help you manage ADHD or chronic disorganisation more effectively at work, while studying or in everyday life. It isn’t a substitute for therapy, counselling or clinical treatment. Nor am I qualified to diagnose ADHD or provide medical advice. If you’re also working with a therapist or other health professional, coaching can sit alongside that support rather than replace it.
There’s no need to prepare extensively before your first coaching session. Once we have agreed a date and time, I’ll send you a secure link to join the call, together with a brief document outlining my coaching terms and conditions.
It can be helpful to spend a few minutes thinking about the challenges you’d most like to address and what you hope coaching will help you achieve. Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to begin. We’ll use the first session to explore your situation, clarify your priorities and agree the best place to start.
There’s no expectation to arrive with clear goals. We’ll work together to identify what’s most important to you and agree on realistic first steps.
The coaching that I offer is client-led, strengths-based and practical. For ADHD and chronic disorganisation, we focus on understanding how executive functioning affects areas such as time management, organisation, task initiation and follow-through. We build on what is already working for you rather than focusing on deficits. And together, we develop strategies that are tailored, realistic and grounded in research and experience.
