Q: What feedback do you share with parents/carers?

After each session with a teenage client, I offer parents/carers a brief (10 minute) summary of topics discussed and suggestions for future actions. I’ll also share tips for parents on how to help teenagers to become active, independent and motivated learners. In addition, I run workshops for parents of teenagers to share more information about how to reduce stress before, during and after exams.

I operate a ‘pay-as-you-go’ system so you won’t be locked into appointments in advance. The majority of my coaching clients attend between 2 – 6 sessions but some benefit from a longer series. Q: What training do you offer?

I run workshops on themes relating to time management and organising, and can devise bespoke training for personal or professional development. Please get in touch to discuss how I can help you or your organisation.

Q: What should students bring with them?

No need to bring anything in particular to the first session or to workshops. I will provide all necessary resources and let students know if they need to bring any notes or materials to future sessions.

Q: How will you protect my privacy?

Trust and confidentiality is key to my work. I will never tell anyone that you are a client; nor will I reveal anything about you or your household. I hold a data protection licence issued by the ICO Information Commissioner’s Office and adhere to the codes of ethics of APDO Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers and of ICF International Coach Federation. Q: Will you make me get rid of anything?

Clutter is a subjective concept – only you can decide how much of anything you need or want. I’ll ask questions to help you clarify what belongs in your life right now but I won’t pressure you in any way. If/when you are ready to let go of anything that can be used by someone else, I can suggest or research charities that accept specific donations.

Q: Can you sell my unwanted items, or show me how to sell them?

I don’t personally sell anything on behalf of clients but share tips on selling online and at car boot sales. I can also put you in touch with specialist dealers who may help you to sell particular goods such as silver or antiques.
