Frequently Asked Questions
As a time management expert, I like to plan ahead (!) so generally recommend booking 6 – 8 weeks in advance where possible. But I also appreciate spontaneity and can often schedule talks or workshops at shorter notice.
Fees depend on a variety of factors such as the format, duration, audience size and location of your event. I offer reduced rates for charities. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.
Every session begins with a conversation to understand your aims and audience. We’ll discuss the purpose of the event, together with the format, timing, audience size, venue or online platform, and technical requirements. Together, we’ll define the title and key themes for the session.
I’ll propose an initial outline of the content. You’re welcome to suggest additions or changes to make the session more relevant and meaningful. I’ll also ask about any access requirements or considerations to help ensure the session is as inclusive as possible.
Yes. The topics on this page are examples of some of my most frequently requested sessions. But if you’re looking for something different, such as supporting neurodivergent staff or students or creating a happier workplace, I’ll gladly discuss a bespoke presentation or workshop that addresses the issues most relevant to you and your organisation.
I offer bespoke sessions, tailored to suit your event, audience and objectives. Whether you are looking for a 30-minute school assembly, a 45-minute lunch-and-learn session, a 90-minute interactive talk or a half-day training workshop, let’s work together to create a session that is relevant, engaging and valuable for your audience.
